How to Fill Out the Printable Score Cards?

I'm looking at the printable score cards for a tournament and I was sure how players should be filling them out.

There is a small check box next to each team. Not big enough to write in a score, so seems like for a "check for winner" or something. And then a blank line in the lower-right that seems like a signature line? But no obvious "write scores here" space.

I'd like to use the printed score cards as a backup to the online submission, but would like an obvious place to write in the score. What have folks been having players mark/write on the cards?

Our players figured it out. Check off the box for the winner. Write score on the line. Not ideal, I think. But worked well enough.
