Private Courts in a public park? was created by bridget lee
Our county is considering allowing a private community to build their own private Pickleball courts in a public park, next to the public Pickleball courts. Has anyone ever heard of this type of arrangement? The county would receive income through a long term lease. I cannot find anywhere in the country that has this type of arrangement. The public courts are busy and the players will not be happy to see ''Private only" courts.
