CH14 lead tape advice : looking for more power without ruining whipiness was created by K V

Hello-
I would like to increase the power of my Gearbox CH14 without ruining it's maneuverability.

Could I do this by adding tape to:
1) Bottom edge to maintain control but add overall weight for more power
2) Small strip at the top and some on the bottom edge
3) Can you add small strips or do they have to extend along the whole edge
