This network is open to all players who want to play or learn to play pickleball. As a network member, you can participate in events such as lessons, meet-ups, round-robin play, pickleball ladders, leagues and tournaments. Some events have restrictions/limitations.
You must register with your first and last name. No initials.

We encourage you to join one of the groups based on your skill level and start participating in the events listed on our event link.
If you are new to the game, you should attend 2-3 learn to play sessions and then join novice group meet-ups/events. If you are new to pickleball, join the "Learn-To-Play" group, and we will send you advance notice of "Learn To Play" sessions. All other players should join the skill level group specific to their skill level.

The network is run by a team of volunteers. The goal of this network is to grow the sport of Pickleball by offering "learn to play" lessons, hosting events, leagues and ladders. Pickleball is more than just a game! It gets you active, you meet new friends, and it brings people together, creating a stronger sense of community. It is changing lives, while promoting health and wellness in our community.

Please make sure your skill level is appropriate for the group you are joining. We must ensure fun, competitive play, and this requires us to ensure that you are in the appropriate group based on your playing skills. We communicate events specific to each group, if you do not join a group, you will not receive invites to events. To join a group, click on the "Groups" link on the main page.
Events
Indoor events (September -April) take place in community centres throughout Richmond Hill. There are drop-ins as well as specific skill level drop ins on Sunday's. We also have league play on Saturday at Rouge Woods community centre for skill levels under 3.0 and above 3.0. The sessions are capped at 30 players and they sellout quickly.

Beverley Acres
We permit the gym at Beverley Acres PS on Mon and Wed nights from 6-10PM for skill league play. These sessions run for 6 weeks, and players sign up and pay for the six-week session in advance. We do have a spares list that you can join and if a spot becomes available, we notify you by email, and it is first come, first served. The cost is $5
For outdoor summer events at King's College Park, Town Park, or Richmond Green pop-up courts, visit our events link to see upcoming events, and you can register for an event 7 days in advance. If you join an event and can no longer attend, we do have a waiting list, so please cancel 24 hours prior to the start of the event, this will allow those on the waiting list an opportunity to play.
