Hi Cheryl, the Wednesday night sessions at Beverley Acres PS are held at 6 pm and 8 pm for the 2 levels. Participants must register and pay for the sessions ahead of time. For example, we registered in February to play the spring session that runs March 1 to April 26. There are bye weeks during these time intervals to allow for Learn To Play and Strategy-Skills sessions. Registration takes place a week or more ahead of the start date, usually a weeknight in the early evening. Mike and Sara will send out details for the next session registration. Hope this helps.

Click on the event once it is posted and reply Yes to attend. It will then ask you to pay the fee using a credit card. It should then accept your registration for the strategy or skill session.

Heidi, you should have Richard join the appropriate network on the GPN site, either York Region or Richmond Hill or both if appropriate. Then he can register for the various Learn To Play, Strategy, Drop-In, etc, sessions offered as they appear. He just needs to be a member of the network offering the sessions in order to register.

The leagues require registration on specific dates for the 6-8 week periods of the programs. They fill up quickly, so watch for messages sent by the organizers regarding registration dates and times.

Payment of fees can be made on GPN site, except the leagues run by the city of Richmond Hill, which are offered at Rouge Woods CC on Saturday mornings. Registration and payment for those are done on the Active-RH site, same as all the other culture and recreation programs.
