All participants must be members of the York Region - GTA Network, and you must list their names when you book a court. Participants will be checked in, and court usage is specific to the court number and length of time booked.

No Refunds is cancelled within 24 hours. All refunds are subject to a 5% admin charge.

Click on the day, court and time you want to book. If you want to add an hour, click on the hour you want and your bill will be adjusted. If you want to book court 3 for 2-hours starting at 1:00 PM, click the 1 PM slot, then click the 2 PM slot. Your bill will automatically be adjusted, and you can check out and pay.

Court Booking Policy.
If you book a court, there is no refund unless you cancel by NOON of the previous day. i.e. If you book a court for Wed a 2:00PM, you have until Tuesday (the day before your booking) at NOON to cancel. You must send a refund request to richmondhillpickleball@gmail.com
