Weekend of competition as The Virginian Club hosts its Fall Indoor Championships inside its brand-new indoor racquet facility.

Opened in December 2025, this state-of-the-art venue offers year-round play on premium courts—delivering top-level conditions no matter the weather.

Teams without both players registered will move to the waitlist
Once both players are registered and paid, you’re back in (space permitting)

🏆 TOURNAMENT FORMAT
•Division Age is based on your age as of December 31, 2026
•Minimum 6 guaranteed games in round robin play
•Advance to a single-elimination medal round
•Larger divisions split into balanced pools using DUPR ratings
•All scores reported to DUPR

TENTATIVE TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

Final match times and court assignments will be shared once divisions are finalized. Updates will be posted and texted to players the evening prior to play.

Thursday – November 12
•10:00 AM – Women’s Doubles (2.5–3.5, 35+)
•2:00 PM – Women’s Doubles (3.5–4.0 & 4.0+, 50+)
•6:00 PM – Men’s Doubles (3.0–4.0 & 4.0+, 50+)

Friday – November 13
•2:00 PM – Mixed Doubles (3.0–4.0, 50+)
•6:00 PM – Mixed Doubles (4.0+, 50+)

Saturday – November 14
•9:00 AM – Women’s Doubles (3.0–4.0, 19+)
•1:00 PM – Men’s Doubles (3.0–4.0, 19+)
•5:00 PM – Women’s & Men’s Doubles (4.0+, 19+)

Sunday – November 15
•10:00 AM – Mixed Doubles (3.0–4.0, 19+)
•2:00 PM – Mixed Doubles (4.0+, 19+)

👕 FREE TOURNAMENT T-SHIRT
Register by August 6, 2026 to guarantee your event T-shirt!
After this date, remaining shirts will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis according to registration order.

The withdrawal deadline is August 16 at 11:59 PM. Players may withdraw for any reason before this time and will receive a refund minus a non-refundable Pickleball Brackets fee of $5 (single event) or $10 (multiple events), as well as a $5 credit card processing fee.

After August 16, no refunds will be issued for any reason. However, player registration fees may be transferred to another player.

As the tournament is held indoors, normal weather conditions will not impact the event. In the event of catastrophic weather or other catastrophic events (e.g., hurricanes, earthquake, etc.), we reserve the right to adjust the schedule.
