Dayton Classic 2026

If you are looking to register for the tournament, I am sorry to say that I have had to cancel the tournament for this fall. Registration numbers were very low and I had contract deadlines which lead to this hard decision. If you were registered already, you will be fully refunded.

Registration fee is $50. This covers 1 or 2 events. Deadline is Thursday, Oct. 8th at 11:59pm. If you register by Oct. 3th 11:59pm, T-shirt will be included. Registration capped at 175 players.
ADDED EVENT: Men's Moneyball - Regular Registration required + $15 cash brought to check in. 100% of that cash collected will be split in the payout of 55% for Gold, 30% for Silver, and 15% for Bronze.
Tentative format of the tournament will be Round Robin with all teams advancing to a Single Elimination Tournament. Adjustments may be made based on time and weather at the discretion of the tournament director. Brackets/Age may be merged or split based on registration. If brackets/age/skill are combined, awards will be given based on results of tournament play of combined events. A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player and the age group of the younger player. Age is calculated as of 12/31/2026 and must be at least 18 in this calendar year. Your DUPR level will be used by Global Pickleball Network for registration only. You may not play below your DUPR level. You may play above your DUPR. To link your DUPR account, click on your links in the top right corner with the blue dot and scroll down. If you do not have a DUPR yet, you can create an account for free. Scores will NOT be reported to DUPR. This is just for registration purposes.
If you do not have a partner when registration ends, you may be moved to the wait list. Wait listed players may be added depending on court scheduling and brackets sizes at the discretion of the tournament director.
Start times will stagger and will be posted after registration ends. For example - 8am, 10am, 12pm, 2pm etc.
Payment due with registration. No refunds for weather or withdrawal after registration deadline. The City of Dayton requires a signed waiver that will be provided at check-in.
There are no referees. Matches are self monitored.
Only USA pickleball approved paddles allowed.
