BROC Foundation's Pickleball Tournament

Join us for a day of community, competition, and charitable giving at the BROC Foundation Pickleball Tournament! With 65 teams participating across Women's, Men's, and Doubles divisions, this tournament is set to be a memorable event as players compete for the top spot in beginner, intermediate, and advanced brackets. Proceeds from the event will go directly to the BROC Foundation, supporting the Athletic Training Outreach Program.

The BROC Foundation is a not-for-profit, registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization that supports the BROC Athletic Training Outreach Program. This program is committed to becoming the leader in athletic training outreach services and sports medicine coverage across the South Louisiana area, with the overall goal of ensuring the safety of children participating in youth sports. Through our community partners' generous contributions, the Foundation offers nationally certified and state-licensed athletic trainers to high schools and youth sports organizations at reduced rates or no cost.

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 8th:
Check-In: 8:00am
Tournament Begins: 9:00am

PLAYER DIVISIONS:
- Men's: 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0+
- Women's 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0+
- Mixed: 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0+
Participants can select up to 2 events, one based on gender and another mixed event.
**Bracket divisions may be changed/combined depending on the number of entries**

FORMAT:
Pool play will be a round-robin format. The top 2 teams from each pool will then move into a single elimination playoff bracket.
- Pool play (Round Robin): Will be playing for SEEDING into the playoff brackets!
- Playoffs: Round robin record will determine your seeding for the playoff brackets!

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

Early Bird: $40 + $12 per event (only for December!)
Entry fee: $50
Each event fee: $12 per event

Late Registration Pricing (01/25/25 to Close):
· $50 Entry Fee and $15 Per Event

- Registration closes at midnight on February 1st of 2025.
- This event is non refundable

**Exact times for each division will be posted the week of the tournament.

- Lunch will be provided for all sponsors and players to keep everyone fueled throughout the day. A cash bar will also be available for those who wish to enjoy a refreshing beverage, while water will be provided for both players and sponsors to stay hydrated.

- All scores will be logged into DUPR. Please make a DUPR account if you do not already have one. You will be prompted to input your DUPR ID upon sign-up. You may come back later to input it.
