*This is an all levels event, teams will be divided up equally by team captains based off of skill levels. Do not feel discouraged to join if you are a lower level*
This is a round robin using MLP format. There will be four total teams. Captains will be determined before the tournament and will pick their teams of four at the start of the event.
In the MLP format team matches are composed of four games, with the first two (2) games being women’s doubles or men’s doubles, and the final two (2) games consisting of mixed doubles. If teams are tied after the four (4) games, a singles tiebreaker known as a DreamBreaker is played. Top 2 teams will compete in the final round.

Prepare for a fun-filled, jam-packed 2.5-3 hours of intense, fast-paced pickleball action. Rest up, stay hydrated, and get ready for some fun!
Remember, there are prizes for the first-place team and the team with the most spirit.

1yThank you so much for signing up for the Shamrock Showdown! JJ & I excited to host this event. We wanted to create something different from other tournaments we’ve had at BF—something fast-paced, fun, and team-oriented.
We were ambitious with this tournament and the allotted time, so we're doing as much preparation as possible beforehand to keep things running smoothly. With so many games, this will be a fast-moving tournament. To stay on schedule, teams needed to be set in advance. We selected four captains based on DUPR scores, held a draft, and here are the teams! See “media” for schedules.
There will be prizes for the first-place team, as well as a special Spirit Award for the team that brings the most energy, enthusiasm, and support. We’ll vote as a group, so come ready to have fun and cheer your team on!
If anyone drops from the tournament, the next player of the same gender on the waitlist will take their place. Thank you!
