Tournament Divisions
* Junior Under 14 Mixed Doubles
* Men’s Doubles – Below 3.5
* Men’s Doubles – 3.5 to 4.0
* Men’s Doubles – 4.0+
* Women’s Doubles – Below 3.5
* Women’s Doubles – 3.5 to 4.0
* Women’s Doubles – 4.0+
* Mixed Doubles – Below 4.0
* Mixed Doubles – 4.0+
The Tournament Committee reserves the right to combine, split, or adjust divisions where necessary to ensure competitive balance and the best playing experience for all participants.
Ratings & Eligibility
* Official rating sources are GPN Ratings and linked DUPR Ratings.
* Ratings will be verified at the close of registration.
* Players may be moved to a more suitable division or removed from an event if their rating falls outside the published eligibility requirements.
* All eligibility decisions made by the Tournament Director are final.
Partner Requirements
* A confirmed partner is required to compete in all doubles events.
* Players may register using the “Looking for a Partner” option until the partner registration deadline.
* Players who do not secure a partner by the deadline may:
- Be removed from the event;
- Be paired with another eligible player at the organiser’s discretion; or
- Be moved to another division where appropriate.
Tournament Fees
A $50 Tournament Registration Fee is required for all players and helps cover venue hire, tournament operations, staffing, equipment, and administration costs.
Event Fees
An additional $20 Event Fee applies for each division entered and contributes toward event-specific operations and match management.
Please note: Players must complete tournament registration before selecting their event(s).
Refund Policy
* Refund requests will be processed manually.
* Refunds are only available up to the published refund deadline.
* No refunds will be issued after the refund deadline unless exceptional circumstances apply and are approved by the Tournament Director.

Round Robin
* One game to 15 points
* Win by 1 point
* Standard scoring
Quarterfinals
* One game to 15 points
* Win by 1 point
* Standard scoring
Semifinals & Finals
* Best of 3 games
* Games to 11 points
* Standard scoring
The Tournament Director reserves the right to modify the format, scoring system, or schedule if required due to weather, venue constraints, participation numbers, or unforeseen circumstances.
