Hartsville Pickleball Club 2026 Fall Tournament

The Tournament Director aims to ensure all events are completed as scheduled. However, the Director reserves the right to modify the format, shorten games, change start times, or make any adjustments necessary to facilitate the completion of the event.



1 Bracket= $30/player for 2026 HPC Members $40/player for non-2026 HPC Members
2 Brackets= $40/player for 2026 HPC Members $50/player for non-2026 HPC Members

Complete registration and payment by noon on Friday, October 16th to guarantee a tshirt!
Registration and payment close at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28th.

Saturday 10/31/26: Men's and Women’s Doubles, all levels
Check in opens at 8:00 a.m. Games will start at 9:00 a.m.* so arrive early to warm up. 

*Potential for staggered start dependent on number of entries; final start times will be communicated on Friday, 10/30

Sunday 11/1/26: Mixed Doubles, all levels
Check in opens at noon. Games will start at 1:00 p.m. so arrive early to warm up. 


Rating rules:
- 2.0-2.99 Division: Highest player rating must be under 3.00
- 3.0 Division: Highest player rating must be under 3.50

- 3.5 Division: Highest player rating must be under 4.00

- 4.0+ Division: No Restrictions


Tournament director reserves the right to adjust which division a team is signed up for if needed based on rating, rating reliability, number of teams per division, or other criteria.

Competition format will be determined based on the number of teams in each bracket. Guaranteeing minimum 5 games.

If fewer than 4 teams in a bracket, teams will be moved up a skill level.

Players will make their own line calls. If there is any hesitation/disagreement the line call will be in favor of the opposing team. 

*A line judge CANNOT be requested, this is not a sanctioned tournament, and we will NOT provide certified referees for line calls or fouls. All players will have to call their own line calls.



*Only paddles approved by USAP and UPA-A are allowed for tournament play.



Weather may be hot- plan to bring chairs, drinks, snacks, sunscreen, and any other necessities. Hartsville Pickleball Club will provide some snacks and drinks for competitors.

All scores will be reported to DUPR
No charge for spectators
