About
Registration
Players are responsible for registering for each event on a weekly basis and submitting payment by credit card or e-Transfer (sideout.pickleballclub@gmail.com). If an event is full, please add yourself to the wait-list. Players on the wait-list will be offered available spots as they become available.
Check-In
GPN will send a check-in email approximately 24 hours before the event begins. Players must confirm their attendance by 4:00 PM on the day before the event. Players who do not complete the check-in by the deadline will be removed from the schedule, and their spot may be offered to a player on the wait-list.
Withdrawal & Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend, you must withdraw from the event at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
A league credit will be issued manually and can be applied to a future event.
League credits expire 4 weeks from the date they are issued.
Players may request a refund instead of a credit. Refunds are subject to a $1.00 payment processing fee.
