As of July 16th, Ontario has entered step 3 of its pandemic reopening plan. This is a significant step, as indoor sports are now allowed to a maximum of 50 percent capacity. It's believed that face masks will still be required indoors, when not actually playing.

The Racquet Science skinny singles Tournament began May 22nd and has now been reduced to four players, fighting for global recognition.

The summer rotating player doubles ladder and the two challenge ladders began May 30 and will continue throughout the summer. Players may enter these ladders at any time.

And I am considering starting a season long doubles or mixed elimination tournament, and even possibly 3.5+ and 3.5- events.

Wish to have another pickleball day like BP Canada Day.

We are now at 18 players for the skinny singles lockdown tournament. It can go up to 32, so there is still time to put your name in the hat! I think we can get started Friday, as the forecast looks reasonable.

A new video is up, explaining how to enter game scores. This will probably only interest the ladder players. Also a new tip of the day, which should allow GPN emails to land in your regular inbox, and not into promotions or junk/spam. Basically just move your most recent email over to your main inbox.

I have put another video up, sound quality is much improved if nothing else. This one discusses how you can confirm your attendance for a specific event. You should be able to find this one without a link. Well i hope so! ;)

So I have created an initial video in hopefully a series that will discuss various aspects of the KPC/GPN platform. This first one is just a proof of concept (I guess I need to use a headset next time). Let me know if there is something you'd like me to cover.
The video can be found in the media section of the home page or hopefully this link will work:
