The 6 Palencia Pickleball Courts are private and are for the exclusive use for Palencia Residents or Property Owners and their registered guests in accordance with guest policies of Sweetwater Creek and Marshall Creek CDDs. Being accepted in this network does not constitute invitation to play nor right to use the Pickleball facilities at Palencia
