Groveport Pickleball Club (GPBC) Release and Waiver of Liability
This Release is a legally binding agreement required for participation in any Groveport Pickleball Club (GPBC) event.

1. Assumption of Risks
I acknowledge that participating in GPBC events involves inherent risks, including injury, death, or property damage, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. Release of Liability
I fully release and discharge GPBC, its members, representatives, and affiliates (the Released Parties) from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation, including those due to negligence.

3. No Legal Claims
I waive my right to initiate or participate in any legal action against the Released Parties related to GPBC events.

4. Use of Likeness
I grant GPBC the right to use my name, likeness, voice, and any attributed comments in media without compensation or approval.

5. Governing Law
This Release is governed by the laws of Ohio, USA, binding upon me, my heirs, and assigns.

By agreeing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Release.
