Description
Why:
The purpose of the league is fun and friendly Team competition for everyone regardless of age, playing level or experience.
What:
Team League using Minor League Pickleball Format (2 gender doubles, 2 mixed doubles, 1 modified TeamMakerTM)*. All matches will be reported to DUPR. Teams will compete in a regular season determined by how many teams register followed by end of season tournament.
Who:
Teams of, 2 women, 2 men (plus 1 male sub and 1 female sub). There will only be 4 players (2 Men, 2 Women) designated by the Captain for each match. All players must be DUPR rated. Teams will be placed in divisions determined by their total DUPR ratings. Individuals may register and then be assigned to a team based on their DUPR rating.
• DIVISIONS
o DUPR 14 (12.3-14.3 Total,3.08-3.58 Avg),
o DUPR 16 (14.3-16.3 Total,3.58-4.08 Avg)
o DUPR 18 (16.3-18.3 Total,4.08-4.58 Avg)
Where:
League will be hosted and managed by E-TOWN PICKLEBALL @ THE WAREHOUSE.
When:
Practice Dates: Sundays May 5, 2024
League Dates: Start Sunday May 12,2024
Tournament: End of Regular Seasons
How:
League Fee Covers: League and Schedule Management, DUPR Reporting, Game Balls, Practice days, League games, Tournament games, Medals to the division winners, court costs for all events in the indoor, climate-controlled courts.
FULL PAYING MONTHLY (FPM) Members: $50
PAY AS YOU PLAY (PAP) Members $50 + $5 per each session.
