Registration
Description
This Summer, Carolina Beach Parks and Rec is going to host a free team league (just bring balls) that will take place from July 1 to August 26th. The league is geared toward intermediate players and teams ~3.5-4.25.
League Format
The league will consist of 9 teams. Over the course of the summer, each team willl play head to head.
When: Monday nights. Play will either be 5:30-7:30PM or 730-9:30PM. July 1 to August 26th.
Team Size: 4 players. Each team must have 2 men and 2 women. Each player must play 3 times, and play with each other player on there team once.
Format: 6 matches per night. (1) Men’s Doubles, (1) Women’s Doubles, (4) Mixed Doubles
Subs: Subs are allowed, but only 4 people will play each night per team.
DUPR: Not Recorded.
Location: Mike Chappelle Park.
Event Scoring
Match Win = 1 point
Match Loss = 0 Points
Most Match Points during a given night = 1 Event Point
Most Game Points won during a night = Tiebreaker
Season Scoring
Most Event Points wins the league
If there is a tie in event points, game point differential will be tiebreaker
If there is still a tie, head to head record.
