LOCATION: Woodland Park, Portage, IN
Put your pickleball skills to the test, if you dare!
TUESDAY MLP
Games to 21, win by 1
Teams of 4 (2F, 2M)
You are responsible for your own subs, $5 sub admin fee
Aggregate team DUPR must not exceed 16
DONATION: $120 per player/ $100 for Portage Residents (contact admin)
Dates: 06/2, 06/9, 06/16, 06/23 & 06/30
Times: 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM
FORMAT:
Coed teams of 4 (2 women and 2 men, aggregate DUPR ratings must not exceed 16) battle it out in a 5-week (modified) MLP style league to see whose team reigns supreme.
DOUBLES PLAY - Rally scoring, games to 21, win by 1, score freeze at 20, must win on your serve.
Partners pick which side of the court to play on (left or right) and remain there. If they want to switch, must notify opponents. You can only switch playing sides once.
As long as your team keeps scoring, the serve alternates between the teammates. Once there’s a side out, possession goes to the other team.
SINGLES PLAY - Rally scoring, games to 21, win by 1, score freeze at 20, must win on your serve., switch player every 4 points.
TEAM PLAYS 5 games per round (There will be 2 rounds per session (Double Header), so a total of 10 games per team per night will be played)
One round will consist of:
2 games of gender doubles (F&F and M&M)
2 games of mixed doubles (F&M and F&M)
1 game all team singles play, switch players every 3 points.
