Beaches Mixed Doubles Ladder '22

Mixed Doubles Ladder. This is for levels 2.75 - 3.75.
IMPORTANT:
1. This is a MIXED DOUBLES ladder - pick your partner and play with THAT PARTNER the entire league.

2. This ladder's objective is to have fun, improve everyone's skills, prepare for tournaments, help you determine your rating, get practice with your partner, play against other teams working to improve.

3. Please read the description below under Rules!

4. ALL Communication must run through the GPN site. You can use the tiny envelope at the top right of the GPN site to e mail us. Also, we are using the "unavailable" feature for when you will be out.
a.) On your "Main" page of the GPN site for this league, scroll all the way to the bottom and click on "Dashboard"
b.) Scroll to the "Unavailability" section
c.) Click "date"
d.) under reason type "who is out AND who is subbing for that person".
e.) ALWAYS click "Save"

5. SUBS!!! It is YOUR responsibility to get a sub for you/your partner (and to input it as listed above.). When you are getting a sub to replace you for any given week, they MUST be in similar skill level! It doesn’t have to match male or female...but similar skill level, (within .25 of your current rating)!

6. PENALTY. Please note everybody values their time. Do your best to not forfeit for a scheduled match. Penalties will be assessed for forfeiture. We all understand life happens, but do you best to make all arranged matches.
7. I am merely a volunteer trying to organize this. I have 2 businesses that I run, I will do my best but please be patient and have fun!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE communicate with us. We want to work with you when crazy things come up/happen but we cannot do that if we don't hear from you.

USAPickleball Rules: 2 (1 min) time outs per game, per team. 1 minute when switching sides.
