Join us for the Battle on Beech 7, a round robin, skill level Pickleball tournament. Skill levels 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+. Brackets will be capped at 8 teams max. Each team will play one game to 11 against every other team in their bracket. Format may be changed at tournament directors discretion based on total entries.
You must have a partner to play in this tournament. Players will not be matched up with a partner.

IMPORTANT: If your partner is already registered, select their name from the drop down box during your registration process. If your partner is not already registered, ask them to register ASAP and tell them to select your name during the registration process.

Your registration fees will also help us meet our goal of raising money for charity. The charity for this year is still to be determined but in the past we have supported several different local organizations.

Tournament ball Franklin X-40. Registration opens June 7th for Beech Mountain Club members ONLY. For all others, registration opens June 8th.

Teams are not considered fully registered until both partners have completed the registration process and paid. Payment must be mailed. It can not be paid online. Mail payments to

Members will be member charged.

If you need to cancel your entry, registration fees less a $10 admin charge, are refundable until July 19, 2023. After that date, there are no refunds but name changes are allowed if you can find a player to take your place.

A player without a partner or without a fully registered partner will have until June 20th to complete their registration. At that time, any teams who are not fully registered will be moved to the wait list to allow fully registered wait listed teams to move into the event.


This is an outdoor tournament and there is no indoor venue available. In the event of inclement weather, every effort will be made to continue play at alternative times. However, this is not guaranteed and it is possible the event may be cancelled in the event of inclement weather! In the event that we need to postpone events and change start times due to inclement weather, format may be changed at tournament director's discretion.
There will be no refunds due to inclement weather.

Since you are coming to the area to play, have you considered coming a little early or staying a few days after? Our Club and the local area has much to offer in addition to great Pickleball.

In addition to a 5-court Pickleball Center (soon to be 9 courts!), the Beech Mountain Club has a beautiful outdoor pool, 10 Har Tru clay tennis courts, a gorgeous 18-hole mountain golf course, a fitness center, and an outstanding Clubhouse restaurant with stunning views. The local area offers some of the best hiking, biking, and fishing you’ll find anywhere. And, did you know that the average high temperature in August is only in the 70’s? On Beech Mountain we rarely see summer temperatures reach 80 degrees.

***If you rent a membership property you can get Club access through the member as a transfer member. Very important to speak directly to the rental property owner about this and make sure their membership has sports court access included!!!! The Club can not help you with transfer membership, the owner/manager must do so. Additional fees may apply on non tournament days. If you rent a membership property for a week or more, you may be able to transfer the membership by paying a transfer usage fee. With a transfer membership you would have all the same privileges of a Club member during your stay.****
