Weather-related cancellations
As this is an outdoor program, sessions may be cancelled due to weather or court conditions. If a session needs to be cancelled, the Club will make an announcement with a minimum of two hours’ notice whenever possible. There will be no refunds or credits for sessions cancelled due to weather.
Check-in requirement
Timely check-in is required to participate in Club programs. Members who do not check in by the required deadline may lose their spot for that session.
DUPR account requirement
All members are required to have a DUPR account linked to their GPN account in order to register for Club programs. Creating a DUPR account is free.
Refunds: There are no refunds for league roster players who miss events.
