*** This is considered an "outside vendor event", so Nassau Pickleball 365 will *not* offer member discounts.


REFUND POLICY:
*** A CHECK-IN message is sent 24 hours in advance for final confirmation. ***
1) For cancellations GREATER THAN 24 hours prior to the Event, Event Fees will be forwarded to the next scheduled Event for that Venue/Time.
2) WITHIN 24 HOURS of the Event, if you are on the Play List, you are expected to attend as scheduled, and NO REFUNDS will be given if you have to cancel for ANY reason. Too much time/effort are required to make changes in the hours leading up to the event.
3) If the Event is cancelled in full by SuprDuprJax *or* if SuprDuprJax determines that there are no adequate matchups for your DUPR rating at that Event, your payment will be forwarded to the next scheduled Event for that Venue/Time.

their are enough players in the Ladder… Invites will go out in DUPR order.

We generally will meet:
- On Wednesday evenings at Nassau Pickleball 365 (covered facility fee required, plus processing fees)
- 6:00pm Optional Warmup (courts available as early as 5:30pm, but not before 5:30pm)
- 6:30pm ***MANDATORY*** Check-in and Warmup
- 6:40pm ***MANDATORY*** Organizational Meeting (earlier when possible)
- 6:45pm Matches begin (earlier when possible)
Play is typically complete by approx 9pm; HOWEVER, it can take as long as 9:30-10pm, depending on how long each match takes, so plan accordingly.

Players are expected to arrive prior to published Check-in/WarmUp time and stay for the duration.

Anyone arriving after the Mandatory Check-In/WarmUp time may be removed from play entirely, with no refund offered.

ARRIVE EARLY for any desired WARMUP practice.

LADDERS (Quarterly)
- Ladders encompass entire quarter of Events, so if you hope to play any time during indicated quarter at indicated location, then SIGN UP for Ladder. This will ensure you get event invites each week
- Ladders are currently limited by GPN to 150 players. SuprDuprJax has far more members than that, so if you think you may be available, Sign Up when invited


EVENTS (Weekly)
- Events will be scheduled weekly within each quarterly Ladder
- If event is full, join waitlist, and max will be expanded as much as feasible

SEEDING/RANKING:
We will use DUPR ratings to determine seeding for our sessions in order to create consistently competitive matchups in every match. All matches will be entered into DUPR.

Brackets will be setup using DUPR seeding order, for 7-10 rounds, with each player typically playing 7-8 matches with 0-2 idle rounds. Exact format varies based on the numbers of players who sign up and show up for the session.

Players will be entering their own scores into Global Pickleball Network, so be sure to bring your mobile device with access to our Schedule via the GPN website.
