We will generally meet:
- ONCE MONTHLY on a Saturday mornings at Nassau Pickleball 365, 86365 Koen Lane, 32097
- 8:30am Optional Warmup
- 9:00am ***MANDATORY*** Check-in and Warmup
- 9:10am ***MANDATORY*** Organizational Meeting (earlier when possible)
- 9:20am Matches begin (earlier when possible)
Play is typically complete between 11:30am-12pm; HOWEVER, it can take as long as 12:30-1pm, depending on how long each match takes, so plan accordingly…

Because courts have to be reserved, there are NO REFUNDS unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.

$20 outdoor covered facility fee required, plus $1.23 in processing fees.

*** This is considered an "outside vendor event", so Nassau Pickleball 365 will *not* offer member discounts.

Players are expected to arrive prior to published Check-in/WarmUp time and stay for the duration.

Anyone arriving after the Mandatory Check-In/WarmUp time may be removed from play entirely, with no refund offered.

ARRIVE EARLY for any desired WARMUP practice.

LADDER (SemiAnnual):
- Ladder will encompass an entire year, so if you hope to play any time during the indicated year at the indicated location, then SIGN UP for the Ladder. This will ensure that you get event invites each week.
- Ladders are currently limited (by GPN) to 150 players, and SuprDuprJax has far more members than that, so if you think you may be available, Sign Up when invited.

EVENTS (Monthly):
- Events will be scheduled monthly within this Ladder.
- Invites go out in order of DUPR ratings, highest to lowest.
- Invites start going out at least 3-5 days prior (after the updated DUPR ratings are available).
- If event is full, join the waitlist, and the max will be expanded as much as feasible.

SEEDING/RANKING:
We will use DUPR ratings to determine seeding for our sessions in order to create consistently competitive matchups in every match. All matches will be entered into DUPR.

Brackets will be setup using DUPR seeding order, for 7-10 rounds, with each player typically playing 7-8 matches with 0-2 idle rounds. Exact format varies based on the numbers of players who sign up and show up for the session.

Players will be entering their own scores into Global Pickleball Network, so be sure to bring your mobile device with access to our Schedule via the GPN website.
