We will generally meet:
- On Monday/Tuesday evenings at ToonTown (indoor fee required)
- 7:00pm Optional Warmup
- 7:15pm Mandatory Check-in and Warmup
- 7:25pm Mandatory Organizational Meeting
- 7:30pm Matches begin
- Approx 9:30-10pm Matches end (Please plan accordingly)

Players are expected to arrive prior to published Check-in/WarmUp time and stay for the duration.

Anyone arriving after the Mandatory Check-In/WarmUp time may be removed from play entirely, with no refund offered.

ARRIVE EARLY for any desired WARMUP practice.

LADDERS (Quarterly):
- Ladders will encompass an entire quarter, so if you hope to play any time during the indicated quarter at the indicated location, then SIGN UP for the Ladder. This will ensure that you get event invites each week.

EVENTS (BiWeekly):
- Events will be scheduled biweekly within each quarterly Ladder
- Invites go out in order of DUPR ratings, highest to lowest.
- Invites start going out at least 3-5 days prior (after the updated DUPR ratings are available).
- If event is full, join the waitlist, and the max will be expanded as much as feasible.

SEEDING/RANKING:
We will use DUPR ratings to determine seeding for our sessions in order to create consistently competitive matchups in every match. All matches will be entered into DUPR.

Brackets will be setup using DUPR seeding order, for 7-10 rounds, with each player typically playing 7-8 matches with 0-2 idle rounds. Exact format varies based on the numbers of players who opt-in and show up for the session.

Players will be entering their own scores into Global Pickleball Network, so be sure to bring your mobile device with access to our Schedule via the GPN website.
