2026 Q3 LADDER


*** By opting to participate in the SuprDuprJax Pickleball DUPR Club, all participants accept full responsibility for their own actions and injuries and agree to hold harmless all organizers and all other players from legal liability. ***

ONLINE PAYMENT via PayPal or Credit Card will be required to Sign Up...
If there is a WAIT LIST, you will *not* have to pay until a spot opens up.

$20 indoor event fee required, plus $1.23 in processing fees.
Total price: $21.23 (via PayPal or Credit Card/ApplePay/etc)

*** This is considered an "outside vendor event", so ToonTown will *not* offer member discounts.


REFUND POLICY:
*** A CHECK-IN message is sent 24 hours in advance for final confirmation. ***
1) For cancellations GREATER THAN 24 hours prior to the Event, Event Fees will be forwarded to the next scheduled Event for that Venue/Time.
2) WITHIN 24 HOURS of the Event, if you are on the Play List, you are expected to attend as scheduled, and NO REFUNDS will be given if you have to cancel for ANY reason. Too much time/effort are required to make changes in the hours leading up to the event.
3) If the Event is cancelled in full by SuprDuprJax *or* if SuprDuprJax determines that there are no adequate matchups for your DUPR rating at that Event, your payment will be forwarded to the next scheduled Event for that Venue/Time.

We will generally meet:
- On Tuesday evenings at ToonTown (indoor fee required)
- 6:30pm Optional Warmup
- 7:00pm Mandatory Check-in and Warmup
- 7:10pm Mandatory Organizational Meeting
- 7:15pm Matches begin
- Approx 9:30-10:30pm Matches end (Please plan accordingly)

Players are expected to arrive prior to published Check-in/WarmUp time and stay for the duration.

Anyone arriving after the Mandatory Check-In/WarmUp time may be removed from play entirely, with no refund offered.

ARRIVE EARLY for any desired WARMUP practice.

LADDERS (Quarterly):
- Ladders encompass an entire quarter of Events, so if you hope to play any time during the indicated quarter at the indicated location, then SIGN UP for the Ladder. This will ensure that you get event invites each week.

EVENTS (Weekly):
- Events will be scheduled weekly within each quarterly Ladder
- If event is full, join the waitlist, and the max will be expanded as much as feasible.

SEEDING/RANKING:
We will use DUPR ratings to determine seeding for our sessions in order to create consistently competitive matchups in every match. All matches will be entered into DUPR.

Brackets will be setup using DUPR seeding order, for 7-10 rounds, with each player typically playing 7-8 matches with 0-2 idle rounds. Exact format varies based on the numbers of players who opt-in and show up for the session.

Players will be entering their own scores into Global Pickleball Network, so be sure to bring your mobile device with access to our Schedule via the GPN website.
